*We reserve the right to bill for services marked with an asterisk. As a practical matter, we do so only with prior customer approval and on less than 2%  of our invoices.

Like our competition, we will add to your invoice actual out of pocket expenses incurred in completing your project. These can be miniscule or substantial although we can usually provide an estimate. The largest portion of the expenses covers statutory fees and correspondent agents. Most of this industry uses a network of such agents.

We are very pleased with our network of agents and are confident in their ability. They are selected for their proficiency, dedication to providing quality service and willingness to negotiate their fee structure. We accept only the finest service levels together with the lowest available cost.

The existence of a service organization's own office in a particular jurisdiction does not guarantee either faster, more efficient service or a lower price.
